The 2008 Spring Season
|
WORLD WIDE HSL:
We're
big time now. Some of you may remember our visitor from Minnesota
earlier this season, Scott "Skeeter" Breimhorst.
Well he runs a huge tourney in MN and works a lot with the
WSL. He was interviewed a few weeks back on Softball360. Click
here to listen. We have to give him a break on the pronunciation.
He practiced saying Haliimaile but he had a poor teacher (me).
He did bring Coors Light to the park and was 1 for 1 in his
only plate appearance. I'd say call it even. -Steve
A
very cool plug and much appreciated. By the way, next time
he returns he will wear Wild Wheels pumpkin orange or tie
dye. Between Boggsy and Skeeter the Wheels might make .500
after all.

Haliimaile Softball League is celebrating it's 25th year of existence this year.
We're going to add a few pages to the HSL History section of this site and we're going to need some help from current & former league members.
What we need is any old HSL team photos you might have laying around. You can either give them to Chuck at the ballpark or email them to me, here.
We'd also like to get the winners of Haliimaile League play from 1978 to the present.
We will keep the oldest picture here - this is the oldest picture so far. Vintage Teams Page
Also, see if you can add any past team names to the list below.
